Shipping & Exchange
- All orders would be shipped within 8-10 business days. Order tracking would be shared to the registered email.
- Once the order is shipped, allow at least & 8-10 days for delivery.
- Orders with multiple items might take longer.
- The delivery time may vary depending on the area pin-code.
RETURNS:
We have a NO RETURN POLICY. We accept returns only in case a client receives a damaged product or an incorrectly processed order.
REFUNDS:
Only provided in the event that you received a damaged product from our end.No additional shipping costs will be charged.
DAMAGED ITEMS
- If you have received a damaged product, we sincerely apologize for it. We are more than willing to help you out. Please click a picture for the product and email at “mishmysh1@gmail.com”.
- We will issue a refund or store credit, whatever the client prefers.
- To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in - unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- EXCHANGE: PROVIDED ONLY IN CASE OF A SIZE ISSUE. NO OTHER EXCEPTION.
- We offer & one time size exchange only, at the moment. We will exchange your product for the required size.
- If we don’t have the requested size in stock, we will provide a store credit upon return.
- Custom size products can not be exchanged.
- We are more than willing to help you with our personalized guidance on sizing. Our team is always available on Instagram or WhatsApp. Please do refer to our size chart for confirmation on sizes before ordering.
- Exchanges can also only be made for A DIFFERENT SIZE OF THE SAME ITEM,not a completely different item.
- The customers have to self ship the products back to us in case of exchange. To and fro shipping cost will be borne by the customers.
TIME PERIOD FOR EXCHANGE AND REFUNDS
- We have a 4-day return & exchange policy, which means you have 4 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange; or we will assume that you received the product in good condition and have accepted it.

We reserve the right not to accept return of products which
